A dovetailed coffee bar organizer with a drawer to store odds and ends.

This is handmade with traditional woodworking joinery, no nails or screws. Pull the drawer open on full-extension, soft-close slides and everything you need is within reach.

Dimensions:

Outer box: 16" wide x 16" deep x 4.5" tall
Drawer interior: 12-1/2" wide x 13-1/4" deep x 2" tall

Construction:

The outer box uses half-blind dovetail joinery at every corner. The drawer box itself combines half-blind dovetails at the rear corners with French dovetails joining the drawer front to the sides, so the front stays flush with the box face even under daily use. The drawer rides on full-extension, soft-close slides.

Baltic Birch Plywood (paint grade)
Solid Poplar (paint grade)

Choose your finish:

Unfinished, so you can apply your own finish
Clear coated, using an all-natural, food-safe satin finish
Stained
Stained and clear coated (also food-safe)

Choose your drawer front:

Because the drawer front sits flush with the box and the slides are soft-close, you'll need a way to grip and open it. Choose one of the following:

Flat front only, no cutout or hole (you have your own ideas on opening it)
Flat front with a 3/32" hole centered on the drawer face
Flat front with a pull cutout
